Business contact: +1 (313) 910-3047 · 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.
1. Respectful and lawful use
Use this storefront and licensed content lawfully, with respect for the rights and safety of others. This policy applies to account activity, purchases, communications with the business and use of licensed clips. A commercial license is not permission to violate local law or platform rules.
2. Prohibited content uses
Do not use clips for sexual exploitation, content sexualizing minors, credible threats, targeted harassment, hate or unlawful discrimination. Do not use them to defame a person, fabricate evidence, impersonate a real person, falsely claim an endorsement or misrepresent a synthetic event as an authenticated real occurrence. Do not imply that a depicted individual endorses a regulated product without permission.
3. Advertising and sensitive contexts
Avoid deceptive product claims, hidden fees, fabricated reviews, guaranteed outcomes or misleading medical, financial and political assertions. Advertisers remain responsible for required disclosures, audience restrictions and platform review. The storefront does not offer a guarantee that a clip or a landing page will pass Google or any other platform’s moderation.
4. System integrity
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass verification or payment controls, scrape protected content, distribute malicious code, submit another person’s email without authority or overload infrastructure. Do not use automated activity to generate spam, harvest addresses, exploit verification endpoints or interfere with another user’s access. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the business rather than publishing sensitive data.
5. Enforcement and review
When a credible violation is reported, the operator may investigate, limit access or remove affected content. We will use proportionate measures and provide notice or an opportunity to respond when appropriate; urgent security or safety risks may require immediate action. Customers can seek review through the Customer Complaints procedure. Enforcement does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
6. Reporting
To report a concern, contact +1 (313) 910-3047 or mail Last Design Marketing at 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States. Include the affected URL or product name, the nature of the concern and supporting information. Do not send unnecessary personal data, illegal imagery or payment secrets. For an immediate emergency, contact the relevant emergency service rather than relying on a storefront report.
