Privacy Rights & Regional Notice

Business contact: +1 (313) 910-3047 · 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.

1. Requests and verification

Contact Last Design Marketing at +1 (313) 910-3047 or 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States. State the right you want to exercise and the information involved. We may need proportionate confirmation that the request concerns your data. An authorized agent may act where law allows, with appropriate proof of authority. Do not send a password, verification code or full card number.

2. Access, correction and deletion

Where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access to personal data, correction of inaccuracies and deletion. The current registration interface does not persist an account or transmit form entries to an account service. Clearing browser storage removes the saved local cookie preference. Deleting preferences does not automatically delete hosting logs or future legally required transaction records.

3. EEA, UK and similar rights

Where the relevant data-protection law applies, rights can include restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness before withdrawal. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests should be addressed within the applicable statutory period, generally one month where GDPR applies, subject to lawful extensions and notice.

4. U.S. state privacy rights

Applicable state law may provide rights to know or access categories and specific pieces of data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and appeal a denial. These rights depend on statutory coverage and exceptions. This notice does not claim the business meets every state law’s applicability threshold. We do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising through this interface.

5. Appeals and nondiscrimination

If a request is denied, you may ask for an explanation and internal review. Identify the original request and why you believe the decision is incorrect. We will provide applicable appeal instructions and any external complaint option required by law. You will not be denied basic service merely for exercising a protected right, though deleting necessary account information may make account-dependent delivery unavailable.

6. Retention exceptions and changes

A lawful request may be limited by obligations to keep tax records, establish or defend claims, prevent fraud, protect another person’s rights or comply with legal duties. Only necessary information should be retained for those purposes. If additional account, payment, analytics or marketing services are activated, this notice and the Privacy Policy must be updated before the new processing begins.
