1. What the license grants
For a fulfilled $1.50 USD individual-video order, the standard license grants a nonexclusive, worldwide right to incorporate that purchased asset into your own finished personal or commercial content, subject to this policy and disclosed product-specific restrictions. The license is granted only when the order is accepted and paid; browsing a thumbnail or registering does not grant commercial reuse rights.
2. Permitted uses
You may edit, crop, subtitle, combine or adapt a licensed clip within your own social-media posts, presentations, websites and advertising materials. You may deliver a finished project to a client when the raw clip cannot be separately extracted and redistributed as a stock asset. Keep a record of your purchase and the license presented at the time. Sharing your account or source download with unrelated users is not part of this license.
3. Prohibited redistribution
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute or give away the standalone clip, include it in a competing stock library or template pack, or upload it as an asset that others can freely extract. Do not assert exclusive ownership, register the unmodified clip as your exclusive trademark, or use it to claim copyright against other lawful licensees. Training or fine-tuning AI systems on the purchased raw asset is not included without a separate written agreement.
4. Third-party rights and AI limitations
A clip may depict a fictional scene or AI-generated likeness. The license grants only rights the business can lawfully grant; it does not automatically include trademark rights, publicity rights, music synchronization rights or property releases. Any included releases or audio permissions must be stated on the product page. AI output may not be copyright-protectable in every jurisdiction, and no exclusivity or copyright registration eligibility is promised.
5. Context and platform use
You are responsible for truthful context, platform rules and required AI disclosures. Do not use the content for impersonation, false endorsements, fabricated evidence, unlawful discrimination, sexual exploitation or misleading medical, political or financial claims. Do not present invented events as real news or make misleading statements about an identifiable person. Read the Acceptable Use and AI Content policies before commercial use.
6. Reference images and termination
User-supplied reference previews are not automatically licensed for commercial distribution; corresponding videos and rights must be separately established before sale. The preview gallery itself is not a downloadable asset collection. Material license violations may lead to termination after appropriate notice or an opportunity to remedy where feasible. A refund ends the associated license as described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Contact the business for permissions that exceed this standard license.
