Digital Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping
The product is digital video content. No physical parcel, shipping charge, customs shipment or delivery to the business mailing address is included. Every available individual video has a base price of $1.50 USD. The storefront currently contains still-frame previews; downloadable video assets and automated delivery are not connected.
2. Before purchasing
An active product page and checkout must specify the actual video duration, file format, resolution, aspect ratio, file size where relevant, compatible playback requirements and scope of the license. Customers must be able to distinguish a preview image from the delivered motion asset. We do not claim that a static image alone contains an editable project, generation prompt, source file or video.
3. Delivery method and expected access
When sales are activated, delivery will occur through the method clearly stated at checkout, such as a protected account download or a transactional download link. The expected delivery time must be displayed before authorization. If processing is delayed or a product cannot be supplied, the customer must be informed and given an appropriate remedy. No download deadline or retention period may be imposed without disclosure at purchase.
4. Technical requirements
A stable internet connection and software compatible with the disclosed file format are needed. Check storage space before downloading and keep a lawful backup of delivered files. No special software subscription is included unless expressly stated. Mobile operating systems may handle downloads differently; customers can ask for an alternative delivery method if the stated one is inaccessible.
5. Delivery problems
If access fails, confirm the order reference, correct email address and the exact error shown. Retry a download only from the authorized storefront or confirmed business contact. Report broken links, corrupted files or a mismatch with the purchased description promptly. We will investigate, restore access or provide a remedy under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Do not provide account codes or payment secrets.
6. Rights and recordkeeping
A delivery event does not automatically eliminate refund rights or statutory digital-content guarantees. Any required consent to immediate supply must be collected separately. An activated service may retain delivery timestamps and order records only as needed for fulfillment, support, security and legal obligations, under the published Privacy Policy.
