Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Business contact: +1 (313) 910-3047 · 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.

1. Rights of the business and creators

The storefront’s design, text and licensed assets may be protected by intellectual-property law. Product purchases provide the Content License rather than transferring ownership. Third-party names, images and marks retain their owners’ rights. AI-generation does not automatically establish copyright ownership or eliminate third-party rights.

2. Supplied reference material

Reference images supplied for visual direction are displayed as references. They are not proof of permission to sell a related clip. Before commercial launch, the operator must document appropriate rights or replace reference material with assets it can lawfully distribute. A purchaser’s license cannot include permissions the operator does not possess.

3. Submitting a rights complaint

Send a written notice to Last Design Marketing at 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States, or call +1 (313) 910-3047 for instructions. Identify the copyrighted work or other right claimed, the exact material or URL in question, your authority to act, your contact information and the reason the use is allegedly unauthorized. Include supporting information and a truthful good-faith statement. Do not submit knowingly false notices.

4. Review and removal

We will review sufficiently specific notices, seek relevant clarification and may disable or remove disputed material while investigating. Removal is not an admission of infringement. A person whose content was affected may provide evidence of a license, ownership, public-domain status or another lawful basis. Repeat substantiated violations may result in access restrictions.

5. U.S. notices and counter-notices

If relying on a statutory notice process, the submitting party must satisfy applicable legal requirements, including statements and signatures where required. A counter-notice may have legal consequences and should be accurate. This page does not claim that the business has registered a designated DMCA agent or obtained a statutory safe harbor. Any designated-agent details must be verified and published if that procedure is established.

6. Other rights and product remedies

Trademark, privacy, publicity and false-endorsement concerns can be reported through the same business contact. Provide proportionate evidence without exposing sensitive personal information. Where a paid asset cannot lawfully remain available or was materially misdescribed, customer remedies are considered under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Questions about extended permissions can be submitted before purchase.
