Terms of Service

Business contact: +1 (313) 910-3047 · 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.

1. The business and scope

These terms govern the Last Design Marketing storefront and any individual digital-video order accepted by the business. The business contact is +1 (313) 910-3047; the mailing address is 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States. Browsing is free. Registration is free. Creating an account is not a purchase agreement and does not authorize a recurring charge.

2. Current registration and availability

Catalog images are still-frame previews and references. Full videos are not embedded in this version of the storefront. The two-step form currently displays email entry followed by a code-entry interface; email delivery, verification, payment and digital fulfillment are not activated. No account or paid entitlement is created by entering an arbitrary code. A preview does not, by itself, represent that a particular motion asset is available for purchase.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement. A minor needs appropriate parent or guardian authorization. When account services are active, use an email address you control, keep one-time codes private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, automate abusive registrations or attempt to bypass access controls. A verification code confirms email control; it is not an identity document or a guarantee of ownership rights.

4. Price, taxes and purchase formation

The base price of every individual video is $1.50 USD. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Any legally applicable tax and the final amount must be disclosed before payment authorization. Currency conversion or issuer fees may be charged by your bank and are outside our control. An order is formed only after an available checkout clearly identifies the product, license, file specifications, price and delivery method, and the business accepts the order. A clicked preview or submitted email does not constitute an order.

5. Digital products and licensing

Purchases grant the license described in the Content License and product-specific disclosures. They do not transfer copyright, provide exclusivity or confer rights to third-party brands, music or recognizable individuals unless explicitly included. Product format, resolution, duration and any software requirements must be provided before a transaction. No future performance, advertising reach or revenue is guaranteed.

6. Refunds, delivery and suspension

Digital Delivery and Refund & Cancellation policies form part of the terms of an accepted order. We may suspend access for fraud, security incidents or material violations, with notice where practicable and appropriate review. Suspension must not be used to eliminate mandatory consumer remedies. If we cannot provide a purchased product, we must offer an appropriate replacement or refund rather than silently substituting another clip.

7. Warranties, liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, creative content is provided without guarantees of fitness for a specific campaign or error-free operation. This does not exclude statutory guarantees, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remedies for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected claims. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution. Michigan law may govern where permitted, but this choice does not remove mandatory protections in your place of residence. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

8. Changes and contact

A material change to terms applies prospectively and must be disclosed before a new order. The terms presented at purchase govern that order unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent legally permitted. Questions, notices and complaints can be submitted to the stated business contact.
