Customer Complaints & Support

Business contact: +1 (313) 910-3047 · 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.

1. Contact the business

For product, order, license, accessibility, privacy or rights concerns, contact Last Design Marketing by phone at +1 (313) 910-3047 or by mail at 1538 Centre St Apt 703, Detroit, MI 48226, United States. This is a mailing contact and not a walk-in retail location. No support email address has been supplied or invented for this storefront.

2. Information that helps

Provide the product name or page URL, order reference if a purchase exists, date of the issue, what happened and the resolution you seek. For technical issues, include browser and device details or the exact error message. Do not provide an entire card number, email verification code, account password, confidential client material or sensitive identity document unless a lawful and proportionate verification process specifically requires it.

3. Acknowledgment and investigation

Our service target is to acknowledge a documented complaint within three business days and seek a substantive response within ten business days after receiving enough information. These are policy targets, not promises that an unattended automated support system is active. If investigation takes longer, we should explain the reason and next step. Statutory deadlines override these targets.

4. Available outcomes

Depending on the concern, resolution may include a corrected description, restored access, replacement of a faulty file, a refund, clarification of license terms, removal of disputed content, a privacy response or an accessibility alternative. We will explain decisions in terms of the facts and applicable policy. A complaint does not authorize a new charge or subscription.

5. Escalation and external remedies

If you disagree with a response, request internal review and identify the remaining issue. This process does not prevent you from using a payment-provider dispute procedure, contacting a consumer-protection or data-protection authority, or pursuing legal remedies. We do not require mandatory arbitration, waive protected rights or claim membership in an unverified dispute-resolution scheme.

6. Current service status

The current storefront shows previews and the email/code form only. It does not yet create verified accounts, send codes, collect payment or deliver purchased files. Any inquiry about an alleged transaction should be checked against an actual accepted order; a submitted form is not an order confirmation. Before sales are activated, active provider details and fulfillment arrangements must match the public policies.
