AI Content & Preview Disclosure

1. Creative entertainment
AI video templates are intended for creative storytelling and entertainment. Generated scenes can depict events that never occurred. They must not be treated as documentary footage, factual evidence, verified news or a record of a real person’s actions. No claim is made that the surprising scenarios shown in the catalog happened in the real world.
2. How previews should be understood
The gallery contains five user-supplied reference images and ten newly generated AI stills. Cards identify reference previews and AI previews. These are still images, not playable excerpts. A corresponding motion asset has not been supplied for every preview. Before a product is sold, its final video and its material differences from the reference must be disclosed so a buyer can evaluate what is actually delivered.
3. Possible artifacts
AI-generated visuals may contain unusual anatomy, inconsistent motion, invented details, continuity errors or unrealistic interactions. A still frame does not establish that a full clip has a particular length, resolution or motion quality. Buyers should review the available final product description and motion preview before paying. We do not promise perfect realism, exclusivity, originality in every element or a particular advertising result.
4. Rights and likenesses
Availability of an uploaded reference does not establish commercial reuse permission. The operator must verify rights to source material, likenesses, recognizable marks and included sound before listing a corresponding video for sale. An AI-generated likeness may coincidentally resemble a real person. The license does not permit false endorsements or unlawful impersonation. Rights concerns should be directed to the business under the Copyright & IP Policy.
5. Responsible publication
Disclose synthetic content where law or a platform requires it and where omission would materially mislead an audience. Do not use generated scenes to fabricate public-interest events, incriminate individuals, manipulate consumers through false testimonials or create deceptive political claims. Humor should not be used to disguise a harmful or defamatory representation.
6. Reporting and corrections
Contact Last Design Marketing if a preview is misleading, depicts a rights violation or materially differs from a delivered asset. Identify the card or order, describe the concern and provide a source reference where relevant. We may correct the description, suspend the asset, investigate rights or issue a remedy for a materially misdescribed purchase. We make no guarantee of approval by an advertising platform.
